- Contact form and offer enquiries — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, meaning the legitimate interest of the Controller in responding to enquiries addressed to the Controller.
- Sending free materials — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, meaning the consent of the data subject expressed by completing and submitting the form.
- Delivery of ordered coaching and consulting services — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, meaning processing necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract.
- Accounting and tax obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, meaning compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject, arising from accounting and tax regulations.
- Website analytics and statistics, including Google Analytics — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, meaning the User's consent expressed through browser settings or the cookie management panel.
3 Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator
The Operator applies the following data protection methods:
- Areas where Users log in or enter personal data are protected at the transmission layer through an SSL certificate. As a result, personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on the User's computer and can only be read on the target server.
- Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in a way that prevents unauthorised third parties from reading it.
- The Operator periodically changes administrative passwords.
- In order to protect data, the Operator regularly creates backup copies.
4 Hosting and Server Logs
The website is hosted, meaning technically maintained, on the servers of the following provider: hostinger.com

5 Your Rights and Additional Information on the Use of Data

- hosting companies, including Hostinger, under a data processing agreement,
- payment system operators, if online payments are introduced in the future,
- companies providing accounting services,
- companies providing marketing services, including Google,
- authorised employees and associates who use the data for the purpose of carrying out the website's functions.
Your personal data processed by the Controller will be stored no longer than is necessary to perform the activities related to them, as determined by applicable legal provisions, for example accounting regulations.
In relation to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years or until consent is withdrawn.
Personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations, except for data processed by Google Inc. in connection with the use of Google Analytics. Google applies appropriate safeguards required under the GDPR.
You have the right to request from the Controller:

- rectification of your personal data,
- erasure of your personal data,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller. However, the right to object may not be exercised if there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
