About me
For more than twenty years, I have supported leaders and teams by combining strategic business thinking with a deep understanding of human and systemic dynamics. I worked in global organisations across EMEA and Asia-Pacific, partnering with leadership teams in strategic marketing, key client engagement, and change management.
Over the years, I have moved across continents, industries, and career paths. Change was not a theory for me, but a recurring experience. Each change became a moment of reorientation - revealing something new, expanding my way of seeing, and helping me discover a direction I had not known before.
Gradually, change became the focus of my work. Today, as a coach and facilitator, I support others in understanding the patterns and dynamics that accompany change - at the individual, team, and organisational levels.
Living and working across cultures has also shown me that change and growth happen where different perspectives meet. This is why I work in ways that intentionally make space for diverse voices, experiences, and ways of seeing reality - helping people recognise the wider context and hidden connections at play.
Change is rarely simple, and it rarely happens through force. It emerges gradually - when we recognise patterns, make sense of our experiences, and learn to view situations through a wider lens. It is activated through intentional choice and action.
Coaching for Individuals and Groups
Change begins within. Awareness of what's true for you - your patterns, your growing edges, and your potential.
I work with people at moments of growth or transition - stepping into bigger roles, navigating organisational change, questioning what comes next, or sensing that something needs to shift. Our work is deeply practical, grounded in your real-life challenges and goals.
What we exploreWe explore the values, assumptions, and motivations that shape how you lead and make decisions. Together, we build awareness of what supports you and what holds you back. We'll explore your potential, areas for growth, and the strengths you can draw upon, while creating greater clarity about the future you want to create for yourself.
We explore the power of multiple perspectives and how they influence the choices available to you. By examining assumptions, beliefs, and alternative ways of seeing a situation, you'll uncover new possibilities, gain clarity, and make more conscious choices.
Moving with greater clarity through ambiguity, uncertainty, and decisions where no single right answer exists. Together, we'll explore what's changing, where you may feel stuck, and what is needed to move forward with greater confidence and intention.
What sustains you physically, emotionally, and mentally. Building the practices, boundaries, and awareness that support resilience, wellbeing, and sustainable growth - so you can lead and live with greater energy, balance, and clarity.

Change within an individual shifts how one person leads and acts. Change within a team shifts how people work together - creating new ways of collaborating, shared understanding, and new ways of working.
I partner with teams to strengthen relationships and build the skills and capabilities needed to collaborate effectively, navigate challenges, and adapt to change. The work is practical and grounded in real situations and challenges, enabling new skills and ways of working to be applied immediately in practice.
What we work onDeveloping active listening skills and the ability to use different types of questions to deepen understanding, explore perspectives, and support more productive conversations. Building the capacity to navigate difficult conversations and share constructive feedback and feedforward across teams, functions, and reporting lines.
Building the team's capacity to recognise, understand, and regulate emotions - both their own and others'. Developing self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, and psychological safety as foundations for stronger relationships and more effective teamwork.
Building trust, shared accountability, and clarity around roles, expectations, goals, and ways of working. Creating the conditions for engagement by helping people understand how they contribute, connect to a shared purpose, and work effectively together towards common objectives.
Working with differences, tensions, and conflict as opportunities for learning and growth rather than problems to eliminate. Building the team's capacity to engage in dialogue, explore diverse perspectives, address difficult topics, and find shared ground in complex situations.
Strengthening the team's ability to navigate uncertainty, adapt to change, and remain effective under pressure.
Building practical habits, tools, and ways of working that support mental and emotional resilience, confidence, and sustainable performance.
Working with teams can take many forms - ranging from workshops and development programmes to team coaching, as well as shorter interventions such as systemic dialogue and meeting facilitation. All formats are designed to support practical application, effective collaboration, and sustainable development.
Practical development experiences designed around the skills and capabilities most relevant to the team. Depending on the need, these may take the form of focused workshops or more comprehensive training programmes. They are designed to strengthen knowledge, develop skills, and shape mindsets, with a clear scope, objectives, timeline, and expected outcomes.
A team development process that supports growth, adaptation, and navigating change and challenges together. Team coaching helps teams strengthen relationships, improve ways of working, and build the awareness and trust needed for sustainable performance and continued development.
A structured 10-step process that helps groups explore complex challenges through diverse perspectives and experiences. Participants deepen their understanding of a situation, uncover hidden dynamics and patterns, and create shared meaning around issues that matter. The process builds trust, collective ownership, and engagement, leading to stronger alignment, more effective collaboration, and a greater capacity to navigate complexity and change together.
Typical applications: organisational change, tension and conflict, communication, trust-building, cross-team collaboration, exploring new solutions, and situations that require multiple perspectives to be heard and integrated.
Facilitating team meetings in ways that make the most of participants' collective knowledge, experience, and perspectives while maintaining engagement throughout the process. Using a range of facilitation techniques - including brainstorming, problem-solving, design thinking, and consensus-building - to help teams improve communication, develop practical solutions, build alignment, and make effective decisions.
Typical applications: strategy sessions, designing new solutions, and shaping vision, direction, and values.
Support for Organisations
Change is activated when new ways of working become part of an organisation's culture, decision-making processes, and leadership practices.
Support can take many forms - from workshops and diagnostics, to coaching, facilitation, and longer-term development initiatives. All work is grounded in real organisational challenges and designed to support practical application, experimentation, and the implementation of new ways of working.
What we work onDeveloping leadership as the ability to consciously draw on different dimensions of leadership and adapt one's approach to the needs of the situation - from setting direction and engaging others to building partnerships, supporting development, and operating effectively in conditions of complexity and change. Leaders discover their natural leadership style, identify areas for further growth, and learn to draw on different leadership approaches depending on the needs of the situation, team, and organisation.
Supporting the practical implementation of DEI within organisations. Using systemic dialogue as a diagnostic tool to gather insights and explore the work environment through different DEI dimensions. The resulting strategies and action plans are aligned with business objectives, while designed experiences, practices, and solutions help translate DEI principles into everyday organisational life.
Creating workplace environments where employees want to contribute, grow, and help shape the organisation's success. Engagement diagnostics help identify areas that require attention and translate insights into actions that strengthen collaboration, accountability, and a sense of purpose and impact.
Developing the capabilities needed to lead change effectively within the organisation. Drawing on change management methodologies and frameworks, programmes support building change readiness, strengthening communication, and engaging people in the implementation of new solutions and ways of working.
Organisations need different types of support at different moments. Sometimes a focused intervention is enough to address a specific challenge or create momentum. At other times, building new capabilities and ways of working requires a longer-term approach.
Focused workshops, facilitation, diagnostics, or projects designed around a specific challenge. Clear scope, clear timeline, and practical outcomes that create momentum and visible progress.
Designed for organisations seeking to strengthen leadership, engagement, and organisational capability over time. We co-design tailored initiatives that may combine facilitation, coaching, peer learning, cohort-based journeys, blended learning experiences, diagnostics, and targeted interventions.
Key Elements
Every engagement is different - yet the key principles beneath the work stay constant. These are the core qualities that shape how I partner with leaders, teams, and organisations.
I create a container where people can experiment, speak honestly, listen deeply to others, and take risks. This is where diverse voices are heard and valued - where people can show up authentically and engage fully in the work.
I work from recognised, rigorous coaching foundations: Co-Active Coaching and Co-Active Leadership (CTI), nni Systemic Coach from nni Dialogue Institute. These shape how I listen, ask, and partner with the people I work with.
I draw on each where they serve the work: nni systemic dialogue; change management models such as PROSCI and ADKAR; Scharmer's Theory U; DEI approaches; engagement methodologies such as Gallup; and conflict management tools such as Thomas-Kilmann (TKI). Diagnosis comes first - understanding what's actually present in your system, your team, your organisation, so the work is informed by reality, not assumption.
Beyond what's said, I listen for the patterns beneath: the dynamics, voices, and tensions that shape how a person, team, or organisation actually moves. Systemic mapping makes the invisible visible - so what's been carried silently can finally be addressed.
Learning happens through doing, not just listening. Sessions are interactive and grounded in real situations, challenges, and work scenarios. Participants apply new ideas in practice, reflect on the results, and carry those insights back into their everyday work.
From the start, we establish clear goals, define success indicators (KPIs), and track progress. Accountability and action plans are built into every engagement and programme.

Testimonials
Working with Klaudia Jaworska has been one of the most formative experiences of my professional development. What sets Klaudia apart is the rare integration of rigour and warmth. She comes to every session thoroughly prepared, with structure and intention, and yet what you feel first is her presence. She creates an environment of patience, empathy, quiet confidence and genuine warmth in which honest reflection becomes natural. She taught me to work with perspectives, to change lenses the way one changes instruments, hearing different parts of the same reality.. Her approach is holistic in the truest sense. She looks at the whole person and listens with full attention, a combination that makes real integration, and real movement, possible. I recommend Klaudia wholeheartedly. Her preparation is exceptional and her human approach
Working with Klaudia was an important support for me at the time of stepping into a new role. The process gave me greater clarity in decision-making and more confidence in action, especially in situations that required balancing different perspectives. I found the use of various coaching tools particularly valuable, as well as the way she invited me to go beyond a traditional “desk conversation.” Working with metaphor and perspective - also in a very literal sense, through changing positions, movement, and connecting with my own feelings in different “spaces” - allowed me to look at challenges from entirely new angles. I truly appreciate Klaudia’s attentive and practical approach to coaching. Thanks to that, our sessions translated directly into my day-to-day work
I have worked with Klaudia in two capacities: as a coach and as a trainer. As a coach, she offers a unique combination of who she is as a person - the richness of her life and business experiences - alongside a wide toolkit ranging from CTI and nni to executive leadership approaches, all with a true focus on the client. Her expansion into facilitation, training, and working with organizations is a welcomed development, and a natural one: she is what she trains. A true change manager and team facilitator, she grasps what is unspoken and untold, while also being able to offer practical solutions and guidance when needed. Klaudia reads organizational context well, and I have seen her navigate diverse audiences with ease - from those open to change to those very resistant to it. She is both deeply personal and highly professional in everything she does, which makes her work land at a deeper level. She genuinely cares about your journey and your success.
I so appreciate the opportunity to be coached by Klaudia. Her ability to touch hearts through her coaching, and the genuine kindness in all her interactions, impacted my life long after we concluded our sessions. Even though we were on opposite ends of the world, her care, concern and warmth reached me, fully and wholly.
I started the coaching process with Klaudia despite being quite sceptical about coaching itself. I immediately loved her holistic approach and open mind. Her guidance was gentle but effective - the changes were subtle and gradual, but noticeable. The best part is I feel like I got there myself, while Klaudia just pointed me in the right direction and asked the right questions.
Systemic dialogue was a very meaningful experience for me, both personally and professionally. I would encourage everyone to participate in this kind of process, especially groups that collaborate and work closely together, although I believe it can also be valuable for individual reflection and development. What I found most important in the methodology of systemic dialogue is that it creates a structured space for listening, observation, and reflection without rushing to immediate conclusions or solutions. The process gives time to an idea to fully develop. Returning to the same topic several times, rethinking it, and looking at it from many different perspectives allows deeper understanding to emerge naturally. An equally important aspect was the facilitation. It was excellent: not pushing or forcing any direction, but guiding the process in a smooth and natural way. There was a strong sense of care, awareness, and sensitivity toward each participant. This created a safe environment where people could express themselves openly while still feeling respected and heard.
The training was highly valuable, and Klaudia as the facilitator was excellent - engaging, knowledgeable, and generous in sharing practical insights and tools. This type of work is extremely relevant in today's workplace.
